A few suggestions.
1) Since Ise is using soccer/football terminology (e.g. 3-3-3 formations), consider using forward/midfielder/defender instead of vanguard/middleguard/rearguard.
2) Bochujutsu: I would suggest translating the term so that "jutsu(technique)" doesn't need to be repeatedly explained (seems to break up the flow).
