Spoiler! :
No I remember that it was the alchemist's power which brought his thoughts to reality which made it look like it was a dragon. also in the battle against fiamma the right when he tried to make touma's hand his own, touma's power manifested like an invisible hand (Volume 22 Chapter 10 Part 3)
This is a somewhat commonly discussed topic. I think the typical reply to your spoilered comment is...
Spoiler! :
That's what Styl says/explains happens, but that doesn't mean it was true. Touma's power could have manifested as a dragon on it's own, without the alchemist's involvement. You can't prove or disprove either argument.
I will also mention that a Railgun manga chapter from a few weeks ago added some additional clues/info on Touma's power, but I won't say it here so as not to spoil it for anyone.

So I think, let me quote myself:
神裂ヌリン wrote:Just saying you will need two different licenses two get both new and old testament, like an anime, just 'cause you bought the rights of the first season it doesn't means that you have the rights over the second, and I am talking specifically 'bout their licenses, I don't care about what they will delete or not in BT... So please lez stop here... I don't want to be slapped with trouts...

I'm an idiot so i didn't understand what you quoted. Does NT get affected by them licensing the first series or not?

Nah nah nah, guess that you are getting me wrong, I don't said anything about BT, just about that they having the rights over the old testament don't make it over the new testament, but I never said anything about keeping or deleting anything(Management)...

im seriously wondering how ToAru is going to sell in the US. Since it deals with religion and science stuff. i don't want to wait for the license to expire if they stop midway :(. On the other hand really excited for danmachi to be printed since it still has few volumes it would caught up to the Japanese counterpart fast :D

USA sells Dan Brown works, and they highly promote freedom of speech as their slogan for democracy. It should be relatively fine.

I never thought that I would ever be so happy that the author decided to split the Index series into two testaments
