Seems like I haven't seen an update in at least ~4 months, so I was wondering if anyone was still working on TLing Kaze no Stigma? Unfortunately my current Japanese language ability is a bit lacking, but if it would help at all, I would not mind assisting with post TL editing.

Errr.... not 4 months i think, but i am having difficulties with my studies... Exams coming up in a couple of weeks, after that would be the holidays for a month, will do more translations then, but unless i can at least do moderately well during my normal school times, or else its kinda hard for me to go beyond and translate...

Importance: School > Translation Work
Enjoyment: Light Novels > Translation Work > School

P.S. I can hardly even find time to read Slayers the novels!! Sorry!!

Haha, no kidding. Thanks for the response. I'm a PhD student and definitely understand the whole school > essentially everything mantra. If not for school (and perhaps even despite school since I get to audit courses for free) I'd be trying to learn Japanese myself. Perhaps in a few years if I can spare the time I'll actually be able to give back to the community more.

Sorry to disappoint you... But my last paper was in the mornings today.... so as soon as i get back on track with my novel-reading, i should probably head back on track with translation... exact time of resuming the translation still unknown, but it will probably not be that far away. And do not worry, you have all the time in the world to do your editing, that is, if the other editors dont do it first.

jelmore, sorry for the wait, well, i have some holidays ahead now, so i will probably work on the translation, sorry for making you think it stalled, though any help is always welcome.

Chapter 6 part 3 completed, will move onto part 4 soon, 25 pages, then epilogue to end this volume off!

Well, I guess i will probably skip author's notes... Anyone really wanna read them, then I might translate those.

Yes, it WAS stalled. Right now, i am taking bits of my time to do some translations here and there... but its not enuf to post up yet... it will be posted once it accumulated to at least some extent.
