At the end of book 1 chapter 2, wrong translation?

was trying to translate chapter 3, taking references from chapter one, and realised this...
(They want to enter complete war with the Kannagi clan? If that’s the case it might be quite interesting, allows people to get excited… then, how will it progress?)

(Will it develop into a full-scale war for the Kannagi clan? Although it seems pretty interesting,but the feeling of being toyed with sucks(or you can use "is really bad")...... So, what should be done next?)
