http://unofficial-winmugen.jpn.org/ for a Windows MUGEN build. Try the Random Select site for DOS and Linux builds.
I assume that when you say "cool sprites," you mean ready-made characters, rather than sprite sheets to make characters? Let me warn you now, MUGEN characters are NOT easy to find (and it's even harder to find worthwhile characters), so you'll be doing hours' worth of snooping and searching on a search engine.
Here's some sites you can start looking for chars, stages, skins, etc.
http://randomselect.i-xcell.com/
http://www.mugenlatinoamerica.org/ (in Spanish)
http://www.mugen-infantry.net/
http://www.mugenguild.com/
http://www.mgbr.net/ (in Portuguese)
http://www.mugen-infantry.net/ (a MUGEN forum. You could probably make char requests here)
Also, it's easier to find chars that have been in at least one somewhat popular sprite based game (e.g. Naruto, Goku, etc.). People are more willing to rip sprites from these games than design sprites completely from scratch.

That was quite an amusing video.
Spoiler! :
Watching Nagato getting her butt kicked in the beginning was wrong, so very wrong. Watching her kick butt in the end like she did rocked, but it seemed almost too much of a cheat character.

Mugen Fight Jam is user-made, and user-made programs aren't reliable. You should probably try something else.

Okay. That character was like watching Melty Blood on crack. I can understand some of the characters that she fought getting their butts kicked, even Haruhi as much as I hate to admit it, but Nanoha! Come on! I just wanted to see Nanoha whip out her Divine Buster attack to wipe the floor with her.

Tamiflu is a brand of flu medication in japan. It has been known to cause hallucinations and in some rare cases, death.

Miko + medicated hallucination = tamiflu Reimu!
