I wouldn't mind a new GC. I mean make it 50 years later, let Daath take more of a center stage, and let Arisa become fused with Mana for the next 50 years and you have Guilty Crown: Revolution. Not the best name but it serves it's purpose.

On another, I didn't understand the ending.
Spoiler! :
Was Shuu really blind? Because he was holding a glass like it was nothing. And he was freakin looking at these people in the eye!!! So I'm a little suspicious. `-.-

The tons of trollers attacking Guilty Crown all the time on the various forums (not here) actually made the series less enjoyable for me. The unrelenting attacks "cast a pall" over the show. I was going to buy blurays of the show, but decided not to as the negative posts just give everything a bad flavor. So buying blurays would only remind me of the negative attacks. It's easier to just not buy the blurays after all the posts on how terrible the show was, how terrible the characters designed, how cliche everything was, how stupid the main premise was, how terrible the artists are, how rotten the story writers are, how braindead the director is, etcetera. *rant* These are the things I remember most about the show despite enjoying it. I don't know why and how the trollers managed to infect my normally positive buy attitude, but in this case, they have won and convinced me not to buy since I am just too annoyed. *rant off*

@darcwizrd: a new GC.. having arisa get over her gai-fixation might be a tall order, but it could be a challenge to some of a particular mindset. i'd much rather go into the back stories of the rest of funeral parlor, say ayase, or better yet how gai founded funeral parlor in the first place.

@Naeko: you'll find comrades here who hate trolls in general, particularly among the veterans. 8) besides, if you enjoyed GC, so be it. there will always be this one title of the season that turns into troll fodder. and if ever it gets too bad, you can just drop whatever forum it is you're frequenting. i think someone from the old guys did the same with AS.. 8)

I think that the back story idea is a good one. It would really help us understand what happened.

But did you like it and do you have cash? Then buy if you want to....

There's plenty of things wrong with the show but if that doesn't make you not enjoy it who cares...

Watched it. Loved it. I don't see any problem other than bad ending. :?
