Well, I finished a small chunk of chapter 2. Does anyone understand where the heck Louise is going with this? I'm utterly confused about the phrase 'nice cream'.

Not only that, but I am utterly amazed at how incoherent Louise is in her rage.

Welcome to informal Japanese. Taiga is not easy to understand when she's mad either...

Sometimes it also helps to have read the earlier volumes/chapters because Louise is 'referring' to something that happened a couple of chapters ago between her and Siestia. :P

Well, I translated that part too. Didn't really help with understanding the weird phrase though. Well, at least this chapter is much, much easier than chapter 1 so far.

I was referring to this interaction :P
Spoiler! :
Louise’s eyes had also gained a strange hint of lust. Their faces gradually got closer and closer.
“Miss Vallière is the world’s cutest girl. I can’t believe it. It’s as if a god has come down just for me, like in a painting.”
“Heh, well said. But you’re also well, passable…. J-just a little bit cute. Only a little bit. Only a little, but looking at you makes my heart pound.”
Their lips got closer. Those lips pressed firmly together. As their breaths got ragged, they impatiently started stripping each other.
Louise’s shirt and Siesta’s apron fell on top of Saito, who was still sprawled on the ground.
Siesta grabbed the custard cream pastry bag from the ground.
“Hey, Miss Vallière.”
“What? Y-you can’t be seriously teasing me with that.”
“Don’t you want to have dessert?”
That had been originally for Saito. It was Lola’s final ultimate weapon. Siesta started peppering her own body with cream.
“The dessert is me…Have a good long taste and please savor every bit.”
Louise embraced Siesta tightly.
“Siesta, this kind of dessert is unforgivable! Unforgivable! I’ll eat you all up, but don’t think that I like you or anything!”
“Ah, I’m so happy, Miss Vallière!”

As the two were still embracing, they tumbled onto the bed.
That might help with the reference to 'nice cream'.

No...
That scene was real. But it was almost ruined by protagonist, damn him.

I translated that section too, Wolfpup. That still doesn't make it any easier for me to understand a super-flustered Louise. And why the heck would she even want to recall that episode again?

I'm gonna kill this illusion of yours XDD

Unfortunately, yes. All we could see is that Louise and Siesta were having fun but I still can't say how far they've come.
He was so dumb that voiced his wish and was knocked out by cream-covered girls. Damn it, Saito, damn it.

The thing is that the 'Nice Cream' passage is aludeing that 'more' happened so that is the reason for Louise's 'reaction'.
