I've read some of Pastel that I hadn't caught up on. It's so cheesy, and the chick could do so much better than Mugi. Anyway, it put me in the mood to write a better love story, and this is the product. It's been over a year, but please enjoy this new segment.

a silent night. a starry night. on top of an apartment complex, two lovers gaze at the sky...

'yuki' a dashing young man's voice broke the silence.

glancing to her side, yuki looked upon the visage of her one true love, dan.

'd....dan' her tounge numb from saying his name, she spoke no more.

'there are more than 200 billion stars in the milky way alone, if you wrote the work 'love' on every square inch of everyone one of

those stars, it wouldnt be even 1% of the love i feel for you at this instant'

wow. even for her it was a difficult calculation. for a human...no, for dan it would be nothing.

the feeling of guilt for deceiving him into thinking she was also human weighed down on her once again. she had to tell him.

you mean 'they' yuki thought to herself, even though she was grateful to tsurya somewhat for the current situation. they were dangling

high above the ground, but dan's confident manner and the strength and power of his body she could feel through their clothing were

more than reassuring.

so emabarassing! she slowly wrapped her arms around his torso, they were even closer now.

a door shut on the roof above them, looks like that kid left. dan pulled them up with his one arm, not even breaking a sweat.

it would have been nice to stay a bit longer, yuki thought to herself. but even when he had pulled them up, dan held her close.

'ah, it's safe to let go...' she began

'do you want to?' dan inquired, half teasing, half serious

'ah...i...i dont' she was getting a bit better at expressing herself

'then lets stay like this a while' dan responded

the two stood gazing at the reflection of the stars in each others eyes for a long time...
