That one seemed to be a bug rather than a load issue.
Despite the steady stream of votes, I don't think it reaches the levels of people constantly refreshing HS DxD or reading SAO whenever the anime is broadcasted every week.

I'm guessing someone watched the anime and really, really wants to read more about accel world. - -'kinda silly really, considering there's that unresolved situation with a certain website with the stolen translations

uhh... I'm guessing that "really" is an understatement ^^
