finally got the time to sit down and read part 1 and 2, very very nice ending to a fantastic series, although it's sad that it's the end, would somehow be nice if there were a sort of after story, but who knows, this might happen

I've read all of the volumes and nothing i've read so far comes close to how good FMP is. (albeit about 2 novels had really really bad translations) It's my #1 LN. The rest of my top 10 are here on BakaTsuki :p (#2 is ZnT and #3 haruhi - oh haruhi is not online anymore)

Guys. With TokyoPop now shutting down entirely, that mans that FMP is finally free territory for Baka-Tsuki.

Someone should create a project page for this great series and add the fan translations for Novels 6 and onward.

Volumes 1-5 should remain off limits for a number of months until all remaining volumes by TokyoPop have gone out of print.

Once again....I must ask why this project is not already awaiting approval? TP is dead. The books are out of print. There will be NO future volumes past vol. 5 published.

This project, as far as I can see, should have a giant green light. Translations for vol. 6 and beyond are already available. We can have an active BT project for FMP in minutes.

With the demise of Tokyopop (their doors close May 31st unless a miracle happens) there will be nothing after Ending Day By Day, which came out as a single volume in February. I have found some, but they are spotty, and some of the editing sucks. Please bring to baka-tsuki!

Please realize we can't just start projects because of one publishers demise. The translators and admins have discussed this project and we are tabling it for now because we don't know what will happen during the licenses.

We know now. Unpublished and unlicenced will be in the hands of the original Japanese, just like Toradora. That's if no other companies take it up.
